COMPASSION CENTER DIRECTOR


ANDI LANNOM

Andi Lannom is the Director over the Compassion Center. She and her husband, Rob, have been members of Crosspoint City Church since 2012 and Andi has been on Staff since 2020. Starting as the Adairsville Guest Experience Coordinator, she was one of the leaders facilitating the launch of that location and moved into the Guest Experience Director position overseeing the launch of the Rome location and as the Champion for all three locations.  In December of 2022, she was approached by Paster James Griffin to lead the launch of the Compassion Center as the Director. As The Compassion Center Director, Andi is responsible for the day to day administration, volunteer staffing, marketing, and fundraising for all of the services offered through the non-profit. Her professional background includes residential property management, hiring and recruiting, employee training, customer service and executive level administration. Andi has a passion for serving others, bringing new ideas into reality and employee/volunteer development. She is committed to serving the underserved community through the Compassion Center by providing services that will help the community receive quality medical care and resources to help meet a variety of basic needs to help change the cycle of poverty.

Meet the Medical Director


Dr. JoHn T. EANES II, MD

Dr. John T. Eanes II, MD, is the Volunteer Medical Director for the Compassion Center. He also works as a pediatric hospitalist at Scottish Rite and is the Medical Director for Utilization Management and Case Management at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. He received his undergraduate degree at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, and attended medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his Pediatric Internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, and his residency in Pediatrics at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Since Residency he has served in multiple capacities including as a General Pediatrician in rural and suburban settings, Pediatric Hospital Medicine, Pediatric Urgent Care, Pediatric Emergency Room Medicine, Continuing Medical Education Medical Director, Senior Base Medical Officer, Chief of Pediatrics, Medical Director Pediatric Hospital Program, Physician Educator EPIC Breastfeeding Program, Physician Advisor to Utilization Management and Case Management, and now as the Volunteer Medical Director for the Compassion Center.
